Data Deletion Instructions
You can remove Dolwin.ai's access to your Meta data and ask us to delete everything we hold about you.
1. Remove Dolwin.ai from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Dolwin.ai and click Remove.
This stops Dolwin.ai from using your WhatsApp Business connection straight away.
2. Disconnect WhatsApp inside Dolwin.ai
Sign in, open Integrations and click Disconnect next to your number. We delete the stored access token immediately.
3. Ask us to delete your data
Email admin@adolwin.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address on your account. Include your business name and the WhatsApp number you connected.
We confirm your request within 3 working days and delete your account, workspace, contacts, conversations and connection details within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
