Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Dolwin.ai. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be responsible for what people you invite do in your workspace.
Acceptable use
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce Policy.
- Message only people who have opted in, and honour opt-out requests.
- Do not send spam or unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
We may suspend workspaces that break these rules or put the service at risk.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. Meta charges WhatsApp conversation fees separately, and those are paid to Meta. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Your data
You own your data. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep Dolwin.ai available, but the service is provided “as is”. It depends on third parties such as Meta, so we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
Ending your account
You can stop using Dolwin.ai at any time. See Data deletion to remove your data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction.
